Project Description:
This 36' x 60' modular Trailside horse barn is located in Marshall, VA. The barn is built with white pine board and batten siding. The roof is a 29-gauge Evergreen metal roof. The barn includes two 6x9 sliding doors with tempered glass windows manufactured by Appalachian Woodcrafts. The tack room features a double and single fiberglass door with glass manufactured by Keystone Door. The tack room also includes two 30"x40" ProVia Endure EN600 Series double hung vinyl windows with grids.
Benefits:
This modular horse barn includes six 12' x 12' stalls and one 12' x 14' stall, all lined with 4' high oak kickboards and chew guards, with sliding stall doors and windows opening into the center aisle. SYP T&G stall fronts with standard grills on fronts and partitions are featured throughout. Eight 48"x84" wood Dutch doors with glass are manufactured by Appalachian Woodcrafts. The 12' x 10' wash stall includes a Dutch door with glass board on the interior and white glass board on all walls. Two 7' high swinging partitions with wood and standard grille bars are included. Additional interior spaces include a 12' x 24' tack room with a service door and windows, and a 12' x 30' center aisle. Ventilation features include a 60 linear foot ridge vent and two gable vents.
