Kingston, NY Project - 30x36 Monitor

Project Description:

This is a 30’x36’ modular horse barn in the monitor style. This Kingston, NY horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted tan. The roof has 3 pitch and 6 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The electric lift stairs was installed by Monterey Door. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8’ roll doors with windows and 48"x80" dutch doors with window and service door and loft door are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Boston Series cupola with horse weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Layout:

This modular horse barn has (4) 10’x12’ stalls and a 10’x12’ tack room and a 10’x12’ wash stall and a 9’-5"x36’ center aisle. It has a loft over the center aisle accessed via an electric lift stairs. One end of the loft has a swinging loft door and the other end has a sliding window. Along each side of the loft are (3) sliding windows. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle. Three stalls have a dutch door with window to the outside and one stall has a sliding window in the rear. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls and a sliding window and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
