North Ferrisburgh, VT Project - 24x40 Garage with Lean-To

Project Description:

This is a 24’x40’ prefabricated garage with 12’-7" high walls and with a 12' lean-to. This North Ferrisburgh, VT garage was built with white pine tongue & groove siding painted with Rookwood Red paint manufactured by Sherwin Williams. It has 12 pitch rafters and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Black color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The windows are single-hung windows and a picture window manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window was also manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The roll doors with transom windows and roll doors with windows are manufactured by J&N Structures. The foundation is a concrete pad with 12" high concrete curbs installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This garage has 9’-4" high ceiling and a full loft. It has one large garage bay with sliding doors with transom windows in the front and a single-hung window on either side of the doors. Along one side are (3) single-hung windows and along the other side is an insulated service door with window and (3) single-hung windows. In the rear are sliding doors with windows and a picture window at the stairs. The loft has 36" high knee-walls and is accessed via stairs. One side of the loft has a 20' long shed dormer. The shed dormer has (3) single-hung windows. Each end of the loft has a single-hung window. Along one side are transom windows down near the floor.
