Warwick, NY Project - 24x30x9 Garage Double-Wide 12 Pitch

Project Description:

This is a 24’x30’ double-wide garage with 9’ high walls. This Warwick, NY garage was built with LP SmartSide board & batten siding painted by the customer. It has 12 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Hunter Green color) shingles. The windows are an insulated double-hung Silverline Series window with screen and insulated awning windows with screens manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated 9’x7’ Regency Series overhead garage doors with windows were manufactured by General Door Corporation and installed by Monterey Door Shop. The loft door with transom window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This garage has 9’ high ceiling and a full loft. It has (2) garage bays, each with an insulated garage door with windows in the front. Along one side are (3) insulated awning windows and the along other side is an insulated service door with window and (2) insulated awning windows. The loft is accessed via stairs in the rear. At one end of the loft is a swinging wood loft door with transom window with an insulated awning window on each side and at the other end is an insulated double-hung window. At the roof in the front is an extended pointed peak and a beam with a hoist installed by the customer and on each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
