North Haven, CT Project - 30x24 Trailside

Project Description:

This is a 30’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This North Haven, CT horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with white paint manufactured by Fisher Paints. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted black. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8’ roll doors and 48"x80" dutch doors and service door are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (2) 10’x12’ stalls and a 10’x12’ tack room and a 10’x12’ open storage area and a 10’x24’ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The open storage area has a sliding window and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors at each end.
