Granville, OH Project - 36x48 High Country

Project Description:

This 36’ x 48’ barn was erected in Granville, OH in the High-Country style. The barn has been built with white pine board & batten siding painted with Christiana Grey paint man-ufactured by Haley Paint Company. The roof has 2-Tone Black architectural shingles manufactured by BP. The roof is vented with a ridge vent. The barn’s trim is painted in Haley’s White color. There are (2) 6’ wide dormers with 8 pitch roof. The windows are insulated double-hung 7700 Series window manufactured by Silverline Windows. The standard loft door was upgrade to a 6’ x 8’ double sliding French door manufactured by Silverline. The wood stall windows are upgraded to wood dutch door manufactured by Appalachian Woodcrafts. The 6’x9’ roll doors were manufactured by Appalachian Woodcrafts and fitted with glass and grids. The stalls doors are upfitted with a yoke, manufactured by Sunset Valley Metals.

Benefits

This modular barn has (5) 12’x12’ stalls, (1) 12’x14’ tack room, and (1) 12’x22’ open storage area with a floor. There are (1) 8’x48’ lean-to overhang. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door with v-yoke into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and service door to the outside and an insulated service door into the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors at each end. The loft has (3) 30”x40” fiberglass windows on one end and double sliding French doors on the other end.
