Lucama, NC Project - 36x24 Trailside with 10 Lean-To

Project Description:

This is a 36’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style with a 10’ lean-to. This Lucama, NC horse barn was built with LP SmartSide board & batten siding painted with felted wool color paint manufactured by Sherwin Williams. The fascia and corner trim and window trim and doors are painted urbane bronze. The roof has 4 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The window is an insulated double-hung Endure Series window manufactured by ProVia Windows & Doors. The insulated service door was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9’ roll doors and 4’x7’ dutch doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Boston Series cupola with horse weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (3) 12’x12’ stalls and a 12’x12’ tack room and a 12’x24’ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and an insulated double-hung window and an insulated service door into the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors at each end. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
