Fairlee, VT Project - 30x24 Trailside with (2) 10 Lean-Tos

Project Description:

This is a 30’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style with (2) 10’ lean-tos. This Fairlee, VT horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Sherwin Williams. The roof has 4 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x9’ roll doors with windows and service door with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. The foundation of frost walls and concrete pad in the center aisle was installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (3) 10’x12’ stalls and a 10’x12’ tack room and a 10’x24’ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding window and a sliding stall door into the center aisle. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door with window into the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
