Project Description:

This is a 34’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This East Bridgewater, MA horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with light gray paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted green. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Hunter Green color) shingles. The 5’x8’ roll doors and 5’x8’ roll doors with windows and 48"x80" dutch doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (2) 12’x12’ stalls and a 12’x24’ stall and a 10’x24’ center aisle. The 12'x12' stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The 12'x24' stall is lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and has (2) sliding stall doors into the center aisle and (2) dutch doors with window to the outside. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows in the front and double sliding doors in the rear. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
