Crozet, VA Project - 12x60 Shed Row with 10' Lean-to

Project Description:

This is a 12’x60’ shed row horse barn with 10’ lean-to. This Crozet, VA horse barn with lean-to was built with LP SmartSide board and batten siding painted white by Fisher Paints. The corner trim, window trim, door trim, and crossbucks are painted black. The barn has 3-pitch rafters and an insulated 28-gauge metal roof in Pewter Gray, manufactured by A.B. Martin. The 4’x7’ Dutch doors, 48"x80" Dutch doors with windows, double service doors, and gable vents were manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-48 cupola with weather vane and two B-32 Boston Series cupolas with horse weather vanes, crafted by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

• (4) 12’x12’ stalls
• (1) 12’x12’ tack room
• 10’x60’ lean-to
• Stalls lined with 4’ high southern yellow pine kick boards and chew guards
• Each stall has a Dutch door in the front and a Dutch door with window in the rear
• Tack room with insulated floor, double service doors in the front, and double service doors in the rear
• Gable vents on each end of the barn near the peak
• Lean-to provides shelter from sun, rain, and snow
