Enfield, NH Project – 20×24 Double-Wide Garage

Project Description:

This is a 20’×24’ double-wide garage with 8’-9" high walls. This Enfield, NH garage was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with red paint by Haley Paint Company. It has 8-pitch rafters and an insulated 28-gauge Slate Blue metal roof by A.B. Martin. The windows are insulated double-hung Endure Series units with screens by ProVia Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window is by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 9’×8’ SRP overhead garage door was manufactured by General Door Corporation and installed by Monterey Door Shop. A B-32 Boston Series cupola by Creative Cupolas caps the roof. The foundation is a concrete pad with 12" concrete walls, installed by the customer.

Layout:

The garage has a 9’-9" ceiling and a full loft accessed via stairs. In front is one bay with an insulated garage door and an insulated service door with window. Each side features two insulated double-hung windows. The loft is accessed by stairs and has an insulated double-hung window at each end.
