Capon Bridge, WV Project - 30x36 Monitor with (2) 10 Lean-To

Project Description:

This is a 30’x36’ modular horse barn in the monitor style with (2) 10’ lean-tos. This Capon Bridge, WV horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with clay paint manufactured by Sherwin Williams. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted tan. The roof has 3 pitch and 6 pitch rafters and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Charcoal color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x10’ roll doors and 5’x10’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ dutch doors with window and service door and sliding double loft doors and sliding double loft doors with windows and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. Up top on the roof is a B-37 Boston Series cupola with horse weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (4) 10’x12’ stalls and a 10’x12’ tack room and a 10’x12’ wash stall and a 9’-5"x36’ center aisle. It has a loft over the center aisle accessed via electric lift stairs. One end of the loft has sliding double loft doors and the other end has sliding double loft doors with windows. Along each side are (3) sliding windows. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows in the front and double sliding doors in the rear.
